WARG

WARG will be having its first recruitment meeting on Monday January 9 at 5PM in DC 1304. Here's whats on the plate for this term:

Autopilot Software: Verification and testing of real time mission critical autopilot using software engineering techniques (QNX Neutriono). FMEA and documentation of the system. Flight testing on small UAV.

Fixed Wing Mechanical: Finish the mechanical construction of one of our fixed wing UAV (14' wingspan, 10' length) and its supporting systems. FMEA analysis of the aircraft and documentation of development and testing process. Flight testing will hopefully begin near the end of the term.

Ground Station Software: Design and Development of GUI using QNX Neutrino.

Ground Vehicle: Mechatronics desing of small ground robot. Development of next iteration (smaller, faster, better)

Parachute: Construction of a prototype for drop testing. Design of a release mechanism from fixed wing aircraft.
