Act Sci Club Election Stories

In only a couple of weeks, Canadians everywhere will be going to the polls to determine who our next government will be. For some at this university, it is their first opportunity to vote in a federal election. They may not be aware of the bizarre behaviour that can occur during an election. So to help, I'll tell some random stories from the recent Act Sci Club elections.

First of all, election debates are interesting when there is only one person running. I myself won this illustrious press secretary position running against a desk. My dry wit left my competition speechless.

Secondly, counting is very important. Just ask Florida. In the act sci club we raise hands to vote. Or in the case of desks, just sit there. This could be very interesting if it is developed in our federal ridings.

In conclusion? Well I don't remember what I'm concluding. I guess I don't really have a point. Good thing my opponent was so wooden.
